Sometime we need to switch off our mind`s, quiet these judgemental noise, may they be from other people or your thoughts.

Start by writing them write, take 5 minute, choose what you want to do them, you may choose to read them straight away or leave it till your are ready to reflect and sit with what you wrote.

you might want to torn the paper up into a little part and burn them, or fold it up and put it in a box and put the box away, never to look at it again.

whatever you decide it is YOUR CHOOSE, this will help to clear some space in your head, to feel lightly.
